Proposal Summary

Met with Business Development staff and the proposed Program Managers (the presenters) early in the proposal process. We laid out an Orals Outline that addressed all the RFP requirements, and “storyboarded” the PowerPoint graphics. In the days that followed, we fine-tuned the presentation content and modified the graphics for ease of understanding. We rehearsed, both locally in Annapolis and again near the client’s offices in Del Rio, Texas for a final run.
